Claim form for UK Residents for past winters

Use this form to claim Winter Fuel Payments for past winters. Claims for backdated Winter Fuel Payments can be made for the years 1997/98, 1998/99 and 1999/2000.

If you want to claim for any winters after 2000/01 you should ring the Winter Fuel Helpline

Please include your birth certificate with this claim form when you post it.

If you live outside the UK but within the EEA or Switzerland, use this form to claim your Winter Fuel Payments for past winters. If you are making a past winters claim for any winters after 2000/2001 you should ring the Winter Fuel Payments Helpline before printing and filling out a claim form.

Please include your birth certificate with this claim form when you post it.
