E-services helpdesk
The DWP e-services helpdesk can provide technical assistance using the online pension forecast service, for example if you are having problems accessing or navigating through the service.
If you have already obtained a pension forecast, staff at the State Pension Forecasting Team can help you with your queries.
You can telephone the e-services helpdesk on 0845 601 8040
If you use a textphone, ring 0845 601 8039. If you do not have your own textphone system, they are available in some libraries or Citizens Advice Bureau offices.
You can email the helpdesk. Please note we cannot discuss personal information by email.
The helpdesk is open 8.00am – 9.00pm Monday to Friday, and 8.00am to 4.00pm at weekends. It is closed on public and bank holidays.
If your first language is not English or Welsh, we provide a telephone interpreting service on request.
To make sure we give a good service to our customers, we need to monitor some of our calls. If you phone us but do not want your call monitored, please tell us straight away.
