Direct payment
Direct Payment is the normal way state pensions and benefits are paid. Your money is paid straight into the account you choose. If you want further information about Direct Payment, please contact the Pension Centre that pays your pension or benefits.
If any of your circumstances change, for example you move house or your bank details change, please contact the Pension Centre that pays your pension or benefits.
You can either give us your new details over the telephone or ask for a form to be posted to you to complete and return.
