How to register
A set of forms, including a guide, for both HM Revenue & Customs and Opra, is available on the HM Revenue & Customs website, or you can call 0115 974 1670 to have an application pack posted to you.
For full details on how to register, you can read or print a copy of Stakeholder pensions - a guide to registering as a stakeholder scheme provider. You can also have copies of this guide sent to you. To do this, you can request online or request by phone.
