After Combined Pension Forecasts have been issued we continue to support our customers. Below are some examples of the ongoing assistance we offer.
Customer feedback
Three months after Combined Pension Forecasts have been issued we contact our customers by phone to find out how the process went. It is an opportunity for them to provide feedback on the service they have received and to register further schemes if they wish. Many of the improvements to our products have been a direct result of customer feedback.
Annual requests
We have a system in place for customers who send in their files annually, which prompts us to contact them six weeks before their next Combined Pension Forecast request. At this point we make sure that they have all the necessary or any new supporting products in readiness for the next data exchange.
