Over 50s get connected
A recent report published by Ofcom has revealed that media consumption by older people has increased in the last year.
The increase is not just in traditional media. 16 per cent of over 65s now use the web, spending an average of 42 hours online every month, more than any other age group. Now, one quarter of UK internet users are over 50 and the over 50s account for 30 per cent of total time spent online.
